Prawn Pepper Soup


Winter is here no doubt. One winter warmer food is the delicious prawn pepper soup. Its easy to make and can be enjoyed as a starter on its own, or with something else as a main meal.

You will need:

  1. clean prawns
  2. parsley
  3. thyme
  4. garlic
  5. ginger
  6. stock cube
  7. olive oil
  8. onions
  9. Pepper (mild or hot)
  10. cooking pot and utensils

Method

  •  heat the cooking pan and add two table spoon olive oil
  • add your grounded spices and stir
  • allow to cook for 1 min
  • add your prawns, stock cube and a cup of water 
  • allow to cook for 5 mins and leave to cool before serving.
